At Greenphard Energy Inc., security is one of our highest priorities in protecting the information of our customers and stakeholders. If you discover a security vulnerability in any of our systems or services, we kindly ask for your cooperation in responsible disclosure.
How to Report
If you discover a vulnerability, please contact us at the following email address:

When submitting your report, please include as much of the following information as possible:
- Type and description of the vulnerability
- Affected system or URL
- Steps to reproduce (screenshots or logs are welcome)
- Potential impact and scope
Our Response
Upon receiving your report, we will respond as follows:
- Acknowledgement – We will confirm receipt of your report within 3 business days.
- Investigation & Assessment – We will review the details and evaluate the severity of the issue.
- Remediation – Confirmed vulnerabilities will be addressed promptly based on priority.
- Status Update – We will provide feedback to the reporter on the progress of our response, to the extent possible.
Guidelines for Reporters
We kindly ask that reporters observe the following:
- Limit your testing and research to systems you are authorized to access.
- Do not access, modify, or delete data belonging to third parties.
- Please do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have completed remediation.
- Do not engage in any activity intended to disrupt our services or critical infrastructure.
Legal Safe Harbor & Acknowledgement
When reports are submitted in accordance with the guidelines above, Greenphard Energy Inc. will not pursue legal action against the reporter for that activity. We sincerely appreciate honest and responsible research. Please note that we do not currently offer a monetary bug bounty program; however, we may recognize contributors by name in our acknowledgements, if they wish.
